Application to become an Approved Supplier

When you complete the form below and submit it by clicking on "Send", you will be sent an email providing instructions on how to apply to Jordan Manufacturing Ltd to become an "Approved Supplier". You will also gain access to download the Application Form. The Application Form is a Microsoft Word document, comprising questions relating to your company's qualifications, experience and resources. The document is locked only allowing editing in the answer fields

We appreciate that smaller companies do not have the same level of resources as our larger suppliers to fully satisfy our requirements . However, you should not be deterred from applying as this may be the first stage to achieving your approval and we may be able to assist you in several ways.

Jordan Manufacturing Ltd. may request that you accept an audit by us or one of our authorised agents for one or more of Health, Safety & Environment, Quality Assurance, Experience and Resources. If you are a small company only wishing to supply products, you probably will not be required to undergo an audit.

Conditions of Approved Suppliers application to Jordan Manufacturing Ltd.:

By completing and sending this form you are advising Jordan Manufacturng Ltd, that your organisation may wish to apply in the future to Jordan Manufacturing Ltd (hereinafter called the Company, to become an Approved Supplier to the Company.

Completing this form does not automatically grant you Approved Supplier status nor does it start the application process for Approved Status 

You must download the Application Form from the  (Thank you) page which follows after sending this form. 

You should save the form to your computer for completing off-line.

Completing the Supplier Application Form does not automatically grant your organistion Approved Status. However, upon receipt by the Company the Approval process commences.

The approval process may take some time but your application will be processed as soon as possible. You may contact the Company to enquire on the progress of your application.

You may have to accept undergoing an audit of your organisation by the Company or the Company's authorised agents.

You are not charged a fee by the Company or it's authorised agents for an application or an audit to become an Approved Supplier.

The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any downtime, loss of business, loss of profits, costs or any effect howsoever caused as a result of your organisation's application to the Company for Approved Supplier status.

The Company does not guarantee to process any application nor to grant Approved Supplier status to any applicant or to process any application in any specified time frame.

You may reapply for Approved Supplier status after a previous rejection but the these same conditions of application will apply.

No organisation or person may make  more than one application simultaneously. Multiple applications may disqualify the applicant.
