Safety, Health, Environment & Quality

Redhall is focused on maintaining a first-class safety culture and we take a structured, risk-based approach to health and safety across all our businesses. We have a well-established Group-wide framework for managing, tracking and auditing health and safety performance across our operations. The safety and health of our employees and others is a fundamental priority. Our Group-wide strategy aligns to our four principles of effective safety management:

  • Leadership
  • Planning
  • Governance
  • Continuous Improvement

We operate to a corporate strategy and policies which outline our minimum expectations of all of our businesses. These are supported by a number of guidance documents on issues common to many operating companies.

Our Integrated Management System includes a comprehensive suite of quality, health, safety and environmental polices and procedures and is fully accredited to OHSAS 18001; BS EN ISO 14001; ISO 9001 respectively.

We are also accredited to EN 1090 Execution class 4, the European standard that regulates the fabrication and assembly of steel structures.

All our systems are maintained by a series of internal audits, management review and independent external audits.
